INGREDIENTS:
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp basil leaf
- ½ tsp cinnamon with sugar
- ½ salt
- ¼ tsp (for mild), or ½ tsp (for spicy) ground cumin
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 2 diced carrots
- ¼ sliced onion
- 1 chicken
HOW TO:
- Mix spices together in baking pan.
- Cover chicken in mixed spices on all sides, set aside.
- Add carrots and onion to the mix.
- Once carrots and onions are covered in spices, spread them out in pan.
- Place chicken on top of vegetables.
- Bake in 450 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken and stir vegetables.
- Flip chicken and replace; bake for an extra ten minutes.
