Bread and Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS
:

  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 2 Tbs milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Lemon pepper (or any pepper)
  • 1 piece of toasted bread
  • 3-6 boneless chicken

HOW TO:

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In bowl mix butter, milk, salt, garlic powder, and dash pepper over surface lightly so there is a thin coating.
  • Toast your homemade bread, or a regular piece you bought from the store, and break it into pieces. Mix with butter and friends.
  • Dip your chicken into the mix and place on a bake sheet (to save a mess put tin foil over the bake sheet). If there is left over mix spread it out evenly over chicken.
  • Put in oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
