- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 3 TBS Sugar
- 2 TBS Grated Ginger
- 2 TBS Chopped Garlic
HOW TO:
- Mix Sauce
- Cut chicken into medium pieces
- Place in bowl
- Add sauce and mix thoroughly—Do not marinate over 30 minutes
- Place chicken on rack (shallow baking pan)
- Broil in oven 6” below the element for 30 to 45 minutesBaste with left over sauce
