Cheese Cake Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 – 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- ¾ c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1Tbs lemon juice
- Nilla Wafers
HOW TO:
- Beat ingredients well. Put a Nilla Wafer in each foil cupcake holder. Makes 18-20 cheesecakes. Fill cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 17 minutes.
- These are really good. I have only had them once. Adding chocolate or strawberry syrup or some fruit can add some flavor.
