INGREDIENTS:
- Patties
- 1 lb beef
- 1 big tsp beef better than bouillon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- ¼ chopped onion
- 1 egg
- Sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- ½ can milk
HOW TO:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Put all ingredients together in bowl and mix together (you may have to use your hands, remember to wash first).
- Take pieces of mix and make into patties. Cook on hot skillet and set aside in bake safe dish.
- Pour can of mushroom in bowl and measure out ½ can of milk and whisk together. Pour on beef patties however you desire. Set in oven for 15 minutes.
