Creamed Patties

INGREDIENTS:


  • Patties
  • 1 lb beef
  • 1 big tsp beef better than bouillon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ¼ chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • Sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • ½ can milk



HOW TO:


  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Put all ingredients together in bowl and mix together (you may have to use your hands, remember to wash first).
  • Take pieces of mix and make into patties. Cook on hot skillet and set aside in bake safe dish.
  • Pour can of mushroom in bowl and measure out ½ can of milk and whisk together. Pour on beef patties however you desire. Set in oven for 15 minutes.
