Pan Fried Vegetables



INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 TB olive oil
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Squirt of honey
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery
  • ½ onion



HOW TO:

  • Place frying pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and honey.
  • Cut carrots, add to frying pan, stir.
  • Cut celery, add to frying pan, stir.
  • Cut onions, add to frying pan, stir.
  • Let cook until golden brown.
