Stephanie Balon's Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-6 pieces of chicken
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2tbs Italian seasoning or Oregano and garlic powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg


HOW TO:

  • Cut off fat of chicken and rinse
  • Pour bread crumbs in a bowl
  • Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning
  • In new bowl add milk and egg—beat
  • Dip sliced chicken into flour, dip in milk then bread crumbs
  • Put on greased sheet in oven at 400 degrees F
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes
