- 2 potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¼ lbs sausage
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Dash of salt
HOW TO:
- Wash and cut potatoes into squares (do not peel)
- Cook sausage and break up
- Push sausage to sides of pan and sate onions in sausage grease
- Add cut up potatoes to mix in pan
- Add spices and mix well
- Put mix in bake pan
- Mix can cream of chicken with water or milk till soupy’ish
- Pour over potatoes
- Bake at 450 for 1 hour or until potatoes are easily pierced by fork or knife
